Dave Gruber
Dave is the president of DJG Financial Consulting, LLC. He is also a Board Trustee at Fifth Third Funds. He is a graduate of Miami University.
He feels that CASA is a very caring, necessary and worthwhile cause. “It is very important to give back to the community," he says, and enjoys serving on the Board “of such a wonderful organization”.
Dr. Tansukh "T.J." Salgia
Dr Salgia was born in the Indian State of, Rajasthan. He is the founding member and past president of the Federation of Jain Associations in North America (JAINA) and many other Jain and Asian organizations. He is married to Bharati Ghia and has two sons Anup and Amar and two grand children Akash and Eleina.
"My involvement in CASA was an accident. I was reading one of our free papers and saw an ad about CASA. Until that time I never heard about CASA. To me helping little kids of all sorts has become my life goal. I will walk that extra mile to provide assistance to them. They are our national wealth and future leaders of this nation."

Ray West
I have been on the Board since January 2010. I work for Liebert Corporation, part of Emerson Network Power. I have worked there for 15 years. I have also been a director on the Riverby Homeowners Association.
"My wife has been a CASA volunteer for the past 12 years. I was inspired to get involved by seeing the difference my wife made in children’s lives. My favorite part of working with CASA is that we make it easier for those who are willing to volunteer, to do so with minimal interference."
Pete Wilkinson
Pete has been a CASA for over two years, and on the Board for over one year. He currently teaches in the University of Phoenix MBA program and consults (pro bono) with charities and non-profits. He was an internal organizational development executive with Boeing for 11 years and had a 25 year career in the Air Force flying, leading personnel and research/development activities [Colonel, USAF (Retired)].
He was working with Wildlife and was inspired and decided to work with kids after seeing an article in the paper. His favorite part of volunteering is "the ability to make a difference in CASA kids' lives. It is clearly the toughest volunteer job of all because the out come is uncertain - given that, CASA volunteers are really special people."

Judy works at the Delaware County Law Library as Head Librarian. She has been on the Fund Raising Board at Grady Memorial Hospital for six years and several other boards as well. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Regional Association of Law Libraries.
